RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If your package or items have been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, and attach pictures to your email (packaging and damaged products). If possible, please address any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bend products...) to the carrier when you receive your order. Thank you!

We offer the option at checkout to insure your shipment/order - we do advise to check add this to your order, especially when the package has to travel around the world before it gets to your doorstep.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, and import duties. If a package is refused and returned, return shipping and fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

Mossy Giant can not be responsible for any damage to returns/exchange shipments sent by customers. Refunds will not be processed in cases where returns are lost in transit or arrive damaged unless those damaged are covered by the carrier insurance and will be refunded once the claim has been filed and approved with the carrier.

Mossy Giant are only responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any international orders!

RETURNS / REFUND

In case of a refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved. We don’t do exchanges, only refunds. If you want another size or another item, you just have to send your item back to us and then place a new order.

Please note that :
• returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense.
• items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
• we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.
• damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense.
• sales items are non-refundable.
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
