SHIPPING

Once an order has been placed, we will automatically send you a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us. We try our best to process all orders within 3 - 5 working days of receipt. Delivery takes 3 - 5 (Only with DHL Express shipping option) after shipping depending on where you live but can take longer during peak periods (holiday season or sales). While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. 

TRACKING INFO

Parcels come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship. International orders are handled by DHL Express will be delivered to your doorstep in around 3-5 days. All international/non-domestic orders can de tracked on the website of DHL Express. If you placed an order and opted for the PostNL tracking your packages will be delivered by your local postal services and your package can be tracked by visiting your local post service website. Domestic (Belgium as well) orders are shipped with PostNL and are trackable GO TO POST-NL TRACKING SITE.

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or sales taxes once the shipment of their order has been received by the customs of the country of destination. Please be aware that sales tax or import taxes sometimes need to be paid. We ship from the Netherlands so if you’re ordering from outside of the European Union please be aware that you may be charged with import taxes and duties depending on your country’s rules, and we can not take responsibility for it.

DELIVERY

Your order will be sent and delivered to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded (product value only, minus the shipping fee, as we already incurred it).

If you are absent on the date of delivery or if your parcel doesn’t fit your mailbox, the carrier will leave a notice which can be used to collect the package at the post office/pick-up station and for the time indicated (10 to 15 days depending on your country). This information is available by tracking your package on the internet as well. If your parcel is sent back to us because you didn’t picked it up, it will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded (minus the shipping fee).

If your package or items have been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, and attach pictures to your email (packaging and damaged products). If possible, please address any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bend products...) to the carrier when you receive your order. Thank you!

RETURNS / REFUND

In case of a refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved. We don’t do exchanges, only refunds. If you want another size or another item, you just have to send your item back to us and then place a new order.

Please note that :
• returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense.
• items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
• we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.
• damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense.
• sales items are non-refundable.
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
